SERVICING

Bronze Service

  • Check running gear for wear.

  • Adjust brakes.

  • Adjust Gears.

  • Check all bolts and fastening points.

  • Pump tyres.

  • Lube all moving parts.

  • True wheels in bike.

  • Replace missing cable ends.

  • Wipe over and inspect frame.

  • Suggested every 6 months.

  • Cost: $105 + parts and sundries

Silver Service

  • Everything in a Minor Service +

  • Clean and wipe down frame.

  • De-grease drive train.

  • Service shift levers.

  • Replace worn or damaged parts as required.

  • Check headset and Bottom Bracket for wear.

  • True wheels in truing stand.

  • Suggested every 8 -12 months depending on use

  • Cost: $185 + sundries and parts

Gold Service

  • Minor and Major service combined +

  • Inspect assess pivot points (dual suspension bikes only)

  • Check over frame for damage and wear.

  • Assess suspension for wear or damage (hybrid and mtb only)

  • Check and top up tubeless sealant if required.

  • Remove bottom bracket  and service or replace

  • Remove headset and service or replace

  • Replace all gear and brake cables

  • Replace brake pads assess disc rotor for wear (if present)

  • Replace chain and Cassette if past 60% wear

  • Clean and detail frame.

  • Suggested every 12 to 18 months

  • Cost: $280 + sundries and parts

Other Charges

  • Brake bleed $45 per end.

  • Suspension lower leg service $160 (inc seal kit and oil)

  • Wheel Build $90 + parts

  • Wheel true / spoke replacement $40 + parts

  • Di 2 Diagnostics $90

  • Shimano/Bosch E-bike motor firmware and diagnostics $100

  • Rear shock service $160 (inc seal kit)

  • Tubeless wheel set up $80 (includes kit and sealant) 

  • Bike assembly $90

  • Bike freight packaging $120 + freight cost

  • Change tyre or Tube $15 + tyre or tube
